Payment Terms 


By accessing any subscription programme run by this Academy, you are agreeing to participate fully in the programme and understand that the investment amount is per week for the period of the programme (with the exception of the 14-Day Love it or Leave it guarantee with the 9 week programme). At any time in the first 14 days, if you are not loving the programme, simply email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription, with no questions asked, and no further payment will be deducted (allow 24 hours for processing).

After 14 days, you agree to stay in the programme for the minimum subscription period

1. Terms

By accessing this Academy, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Academy are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

 

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Academy’s platforms for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Each product is for individual registration only. Access will be cancelled if more than 1 person is found using the product and a refund will be denied. If you would like to discuss a multi-person license of the product, please email [email protected]
  2. Refunds outside of statutory rights are not offered on these products or services.
  3. If you decide to leave any membership, one month's notice must be given.

 

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: 

  1. Modify or copy the materials;
  2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Academy’s platforms;
  4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  5. Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  6. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Academy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this platform.

The Rise & Shine Academy offers hypnotherapy and coaching via their online personal development and self-empowerment training platform and via live/online zoom sessions.

Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe and relaxing. You will remain conscious and in complete control throughout. Please note, hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success. The participants need to want the change and be open and willing and motivated to want the change via hypnosis/coaching. 

All content on this platform is provided without any guarantee of success or any warranty of any kind. The time you devote to the courses, ideas, tools, techniques and knowledge offered and utilized, as well as your knowledge and your skills and given that these factors differ among all individuals, The Rise & Shine Academy cannot and does not warrant or make any representations or guarantees regarding your success with any of the content provided. 

The information, techniques, methods, recommendations by The Rise & Shine Academy are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care by a qualified physician/GP, nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognizably qualified. If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for ANY condition, do NOT make adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt, seek professional medical advice.

Participants agree that they will take part in all sessions free from the influence of either alcohol or drugs.

They will ensure that the environment in which sessions are undertaken shall be safe and free from distractions, they will not listen to any self- hypnosis audios while driving or operating any machinery.

Caution: Epileptics are generally advised not to enter hypnosis, nor is anyone with a diagnosed psychotic illness or under the supervision of a psychiatrist.

Our courses are intended solely for Adult Users who are at least 18 years of age or older. Any use of or access to our courses by anyone under such, is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms of Use. By purchasing one of our courses, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement

 

4. Limitations

In no event shall the Academy be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Academy’s platforms, even if the Academy or an authorized of the Academy has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
